1. Booking & Occupancy Policy
Tranquil Terrace Galle comprises two private, independent boutique villas: Villa Araliya and Villa Olu. Each villa accommodates a maximum of 2 adult guests. When booked together, the maximum total property capacity is 4 adult guests.
2. Standard Package Schedules & Rates
- Day Package (LKR 12,500): Check-in at 10:00 AM, Check-out at 3:00 PM. Includes lunch, welcome drink, private swimming pool, private parking, and exclusive property grounds.
- Night Package (LKR 14,500): Check-in at 5:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM next day. Includes signature floating breakfast, dinner, welcome drink, private pool, and private parking.
- Day & Night Package (LKR 26,000): Schedule 11:00 AM to 9:00 AM next day OR 5:00 PM to 3:00 PM next day. Includes floating breakfast, dinner, lunch, welcome drink, private pool, and private parking.
- Standard / Partner Channel Stays: Check-in from 2:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM (or per channel reservation terms).
- Early & Late Requests: Early check-in or late check-out can be requested via WhatsApp concierge (+94 77 068 2366) subject to villa availability.
3. House Rules & Tranquility Guarantee
In respect of the serene natural setting and neighboring cinnamon groves, loud outdoor amplified music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Smoking is only permitted in designated open-air garden zones.
4. Celebrations & Special Arrangements
Complimentary romantic floral setup is provided for verified honeymoon couples. Birthday and anniversary setups can be arranged upon advance notice via our WhatsApp Concierge.
